Like independent film production studios we assemble the right team “just in time” from our core principals and from our extended worldwide network of experienced professionals and practitioners. Our broad network and experience enable us to do things such as pulling in an invention in the aerospace industry to disrupt a traditional kitchen appliance sector or to connect a spinout from a Midwest university with a major international medical device company looking in innovate in a space adjacent to its core business.
Practical Learning/Workshop Services
As MIT trained professionals we are constantly observing what is happening, what works and what doesn’t. Over the years we have extracted this information, refined it and built a practical knowledgebase around innovation, strategy and technology commercializaton. Many of our Great Dome Associates were instrumental in the development of practical entrepreneurial education at MIT and beyond. Through our Teaching/Workshop Services we provide practical, actionable courses and workshops for companies, individuals and national, regional and local governments.
