Mr. Haggerty supports corporate leadership concerning future revenues: technology and product strategy planning, innovation capability and growth, including talent, organization and infrastructure required at each developmental stage for the type industry and company focus.

The core practice is based on Matt’s 25 years of direct operating experience and professional services delivered to more than 240 companies from technology startup to Fortune 50, as trusted advisor and group leader of a diverse array of engagements with strategic value in outcomes and client capabilities – in all matters relating to innovation, technology product development and delivery – the full pipeline.

A serial entrepreneur and CEO, Matt is Founder of Product Genesis, an innovation and technology consulting firm spun out of the MIT Innovation Center in 1986. In the course of evolution of Product Genesis, Matt directed numerous development programs, integrating teams of many disciplines and broad geographic range. Matt served on the Board of Governors of the MIT Center for Innovation in Product Development (CIPD). Matt is the founder of Altair Avionics, a United Technologies company specialized in airborne data acquisition, analysis and diagnostic systems for turbine aircraft engines.

Matt earned his BS and MS at MIT, and MS at Yale – ME, EE, CS, Product Development and Innovation.
